In a quaint cottage nestled in the Himalayas, every batch is homemade and supervised by us to ensure the highest quality standards.
We offer a wide variety of fresh mango, sourced from local farms. Our produce department is stocked daily to ensure the best quality. The pahadi roots mango pickle is made from green mangoes grown in the beautiful region of Uttarakhand. Our pickle is made in typical north eastern style & preserved with basic spices in mustard oil.
Pahadi Mix Pickle. Mix pickle is a tangy made by mixing various include mango, lime, Amla, green chili, carrot, etc, all marinated in a blend of spices such as mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, asafoetida, and salt. The mixture is usually left to ferment for a few days to develop its flavor.
